General Conditions of Sale

By placing an order on the stoles.pk, the customer agrees to a sales contract and accepts the general conditions of sale. Customers purchasing hijabs or other products on our site must be natural persons aged at least 18 years or have parental authorization.

ARTICLE 1 – PRICES

1.1 All prices listed on stoles.pk/ are in PKR. Our prices are VAT-exempt as per Art 293 B of the CGI. stoles.pk reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. Products are billed based on the prices effective at the time of purchase.

ARTICLE 2 – ORDERS

2.1 Customers must acknowledge and accept the general conditions of sale before finalizing an order.

2.2 Only items currently in stock can be ordered.

2.3 Orders can be modified within 24 hours via email or telephone, provided the request is processed before the package is dispatched.

2.4 Records maintained by stoles.pk serve as proof of the order and all past transactions.

2.5 An order is considered “validated” upon receipt of payment.

2.6 A confirmation email will be sent to the customer upon order validation.

ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT

3.1 Customers can choose their preferred payment and delivery methods. Payments can be made upon delivery or via online transfer. Secure payment processing is provided by a banking establishment, and customers authorize stoles.pk to debit their account for the order amount.

3.2 Payment system records constitute proof of financial transactions.

3.3 Taxes and customs duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

4.1 Deliveries within Pakistan are handled by an established courier service to ensure prompt delivery.

4.2 Orders will be processed and shipped within a maximum of 4 working days upon receipt of order confirmation, except in cases of strike, exceptional closure, vacation, or other force majeure events.

4.3 Customers must ensure the accuracy of delivery details. stoles.pk is not responsible for returns or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

4.4 Deliveries are made to the address specified by the customer and cannot be sent to hotels or PO boxes. stoles.pk is not liable for courier delays or routing errors due to incorrect address details. Any damaged, open, or incomplete packages must be reported to both stoles.pk and the carrier within 3 days.

ARTICLE 5 – RETURNS

5.1 Products listed on stoles.pk are presented with the utmost care. However, errors may occur, and customers may return non-compliant or unsatisfactory items for replacement. Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, and unopened.

5.2 Customers can exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, returning the items at their own expense to 460 A Street 13 DHA Phase 6, Lahore, Pakistan. The items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and accompanied by the order number.

5.3 Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or check after the returned items are verified by our services. No refunds will be issued before the items are returned and inspected at our warehouse.

ARTICLE 6 – DISPUTES

6.1 In case of disputes or issues with an order, customers can contact Customer Service at support@stoles.pk for an amicable resolution.

ARTICLE 7 – PERSONAL DATA

7.1 stoles.pk is not liable for any damage occurring while browsing the website (e.g., virus, external intrusion).

These terms and conditions are effective as long as the services offered by stoles.pk are available online.
